Single Round Headlight Options

Hey guys, I went through search for all the headlight threads, and yes, I read all of them. But, I think this topic could be useful...for my own selfish purposes as well as anyone else who is interested in having a single, round (or round-ish) headlight on their fighter or cafe.

So, basically...got headlight single, round(ish) headlight ideas? Post them!

Right now on my Blast I have this setup.



It's the stock bucket, and it takes a standard 7" round headlight. I got this projector conversion for it on ebay. You can buy them singly, but they're cheaper as a pair, and you have a spare. It comes with a "city light", but there wasn't enough room in the bucket for me to have that bulb there, so I took it out. You can get these without the city light too. This projector style also comes in a black reflector, but I'm pretty wary about how much light it would throw with a black reflector, even though it would look pretty badass.

There's other headlights I want to post, but I just thought I'd throw this out there for now. By the way, the Blast headlight is pretty slim as far as depth goes, and inexpensive, so it's a decent option for people looking for a 7" headlight but don't want to spend a lot of money.

Vrod headlight is a good option. other than that a round headlight is pretty basic.

What do you mean by round-ish? That could mean anything. Does a vertical dual light setup with a bikini fairing count as Round-ISH?

Not necessarily true...there's a bunch of variations on the round headlight. I just posted two examples of 7" ones, which are standard and basic, of course. I agree with you on the VRod headlight. it's one of my favorites.

No, because I'm focusing on single headlights here *points to thread title*

Oval headlights count, dual (or more) beam lights in a single round enclosure, a single round headlight in a fairing, etc, etc. I'm especially interested in single round lights that are stock on other bikes, since we can usually find them for sale used. I have a few in mind, and I'll be posting them soon.

I put this thread up in the hope that it might be helpful for others too and we can share our collective knowledge. Yes I can go on ebay and look at headlights. I don't need help finding lights. If you find a round light you think looks cool, post it here...that's the point of this thread!
