Custom Fighters Magazine
Come on, let's be real, it was only a matter of time!
We are pleased to announce, that this Spring, we will be publishing Issue #1 of Custom Fighters Quarterly Magazine! The world needs a North American based fighter magazine, and that's exactly what we plan to make!
Don't think of it as a magazine about North American Streetfighters.... think of it as a Streetfighter magazine based in North America. This means that while we will be focusing on the fighter scene in the U.S. and Canada, we will not be limited to it.
We will be doing lots of features on custom fighters built and owned by members of this site, as well as stories and interviews with our sponsors.
Initially, it will be released 4 times a year: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. The first issue will be about 52 pages, but we hope to push that over 100 pages within the first year. We expect the price to be in the range of $5.99, with a deal for subscriptions.
How will submissions work?
People will continue to submit articles and stories to me, just like with the newsletter. We will choose our favorite articles from the submissions, and publish them in the magazine instead of the newsletter.
If you submit a story or article that makes it into the magazine, you will be rewarded based on the length of the text in the article:

As time goes on, and the magazine becomes more successful, we will be able to offer better incentives to writers.
We have lots of great stories that we are working on right now, and lots of ideas for the future!
As far as deadlines go, this is going to be a continual process, with stories coming in at all times from all over, so the sooner you send it, the sooner we can put it in the newsletter or magazine. As far as the first issue of the magazine goes, you'd have to get it to me within the next week or so for us to have enough time for layout and printing.
