CustomFighters.com Site News - April, 2008
There have been a LOT of changes to the site lately... here's a list of some of the new features, and how they can improve your browsing experience on CustomFighters.com.
HIDE certain members avatars and signatures! - It has been brought up by several members in the past: not work safe avatars and signatures... but we love the freedom on this site, so we did the best thing we could come up with: give YOU the control! If you don't like someone's avatar or signature, you can block JUST their avatar or signature.... it's entirely up to you!
New Classifieds Section - Based on suggestions from members, we decided the classifieds forums were just too messy... so we installed a great new Classifieds Section, that allows you to upload pics, set a timeframe for the sale, and even put in your PayPal address, so people can pay you right on the spot!
Unanswered Posts - Now that the forum is so busy, it's easy for threads to get lost, which is not good for the people who need help... so now, if you are feeling helpful, you can go to Quick Links > Unanswered Posts, and view all the recent threads that have not been replied to!
Upload to Photobucket right from our site while posting! - Now, it's easier than ever to post pics from your Photobucket account! Now, you can browse your Photobucket account, upload new pics, and use old pics... right from our site, as you're posting!
Search your private messages (pm's) !!! - Sometimes you need to find a PM, and you need to do it in a hurry... and sorting through message after message just isn't cutting it... now you can search PM's in the title, message or even by username!
New Photoshop Forum! -There have been a lot of Photoshop related threads lately, so I figured it was about time to have a place for them!
I tried to move all the Photoshop related threads into it already, but I'm sure I missed some. If you see a thread that should be moved there, please PM me (ab420) and I'll move it.
Sigs pushed to bottom of posts and separated better - Sometimes, it became confusing as to what was a signature, and what was a post... so I pushed the sigs down to the bottom of the posts, and put in a nice border above them, so they are now clearly defined.
