ENGINE: 'Guiness' reservoir overflow container, 37mm CVK carbs, UMGO pods, hand cut & grated front sprocket 'clover' cover, PBI front sprocket (-1), NGK iridium plugs, SS downpipes, 8 1/2" cut down stubby Muzzy exhaust can with hand-made exhaust hanger.
FRONT END: one-off aluminum clip-ons, Oury grips, bar-end mirror, Phillips-Lockhart bar-end, front dual headlights with hand made mounts, Nanbeiyan speedometer.
REAR END: PBI rear sprocket (+4), RK Racing heavy duty chain.
FRAME: 1995 Kawasaki EX500R, modified MX footpegs, modified subframe with sheetmetal paneling and hinged seat compartment for electrics and battery.
BODY WORK:
All bodywork painted by rattlecan, then 3x glaze clearcoated, tail fabricated
ELECTRICS: Harness shortened to fit in tail, Gel sealed battery installed in tailpeice, Nanbeiyan speedometer, mini-turnsignals and headlights all wired by me.
