Default 04 Bandit 1200s build

Hey Everyone! I have an 04 Suzuki bandit 1200s (front fairing dual headlight). I want to build a Streetfighter on a budget, without making any modifications to the motor (this year) and am looking for advice from other Bandit builders. I’ve been scrolling through a lot of posts here and would like some advice on the following items:

Rear subframe. Which are the best looking and (easiest to work with) bolt on subframe assembly? I’ve heard the R1 mentioned a lot. How about ducatis or the older gsxr’s

Fork swap. Which forks are the best to swap for the bandit forks? Which require the least modification?

Headlight/gauge assemblies: I’m not a fan of my gauges or my stock headlights. Can you recommend good looking and functional headlight assemblies to bolt into the fork? Also can you recommend replacement gauges that can easily swap with the stock gauges?

Swingarm: are there any swingarms that are able to direct swap with my bandit, or require very little modification?
