Has anyone here had any dealings with a mob who go by the names Topyokes UK and Nuke Moto? From Lancashire UK.
I have bad experience with them. I sent money across to them about November 2019 and still have not had the goods, a simple set of top and bottom yokes. Nothing fancy. Serial excuses. No show product.
Interested to know if anyone else has experience of these people?
I will update the thread if they come good but so far, I would recommend anyone stay well away from these people.
I will say that I’ve seen his stepped top yokes and they look good, I did make contact with him and he was super quick to reply and very friendly, I may order from him, but will have some buyer protection if there are any troubles.
Well, right now it's getting on for six months since they took my money. And I still have no goods. I really advise you to shop elsewhere. Your choice. I will update the thread if anything changes.
Unfortunately for me, being a generally trusting soul when dealing with people in the bike industry, I made a bank transfer. Big mistake. I'll never do that again. First time I have ever been let down.
Just a bit. Never had this before with folks in the bike trade. Next time I speak to them I suppose the virus will be the excuse. I think I'll start asking for my money back. I'm sure Lancashire (where those guys are) council will have a consumer dept too that can maybe help me get my money back.
OK, we have the end game. After a torrent of abusive email the trader admitted that he would refund me for not delivering the goods in a reasonable time scale. After two weeks of non-payment, a law firm drafted and sent a letter before legal action on my behalf. The letter reminded the trader that he had agreed to a refund but hadn't paid etc..... I got my refund on Friday.
Lesson number 1 don't trust anyone because they are in the bike trade. Lesson number 2 never pay cash or by bank transfer. Always pay by credit card. Lesson number 3 always do due diligence on the internet before using a company you have never used before. Lesson number 4 be aware that traders sometimes trade under a few different names. Make sure the trader has a good reputation that is current.
My recommendation? Avoid this business, avoid the multiple business names he uses. Hope that helps someone. Thanks.
Just to offer a second opinion... I ordered a TopYokes upper clamp along with the extended brake line kit for my SV650. The parts arrived when I expected them (about two weeks from UK to California). Also ordered extended throttle and clutch cables from Motion Pro. Everything fits well and I'm very happy with the quality and function, but sorry to see others haven't had the same experience.
Beware of this company. They took my money for a Top Yoke, and left me waiting for 3 months. I only received my money back, after I threatened them with court action.
They keep changing there name when people give them bad feedback, and had 6 names the last time I checked.
M & B Motorcycle Accessories Limited
Streetfighterstore Limited
Howefab Ltd
Cooln Comfy Limited
CNC Top Yokes
Nuke Moto
You are better off spending your hard earned on ABM, or LSL in my opinion!
Thanks for the feedback. Being a trusting soul when dealing with folks in the bike trade it comes as something of a surprise to find there are indeed a few utter toe rags trading in this space. Pleased you eventually got your money back too. Back in the day me and a few mates would have visited this guy and remind him of his broken promises and to say sorry about his recent accident. Alas, I'm way too old and knackered for that malarkey these days.
Happy to see you did not trade with those people. The only way to drive bad guys out of the business is not to give them money and spread the word. Thanks for the feedback.
ALSO, FYI for those looking for yokes. We have fellows on the forum who make custom top clamps . . sebspeed, yantosh...not sure who else is still doing it.

Cheers.
Matt from top yokes is truly a diabolical business man......surprised he's still in business.
Took 4 months all in to get mine and another club members bike sorted with yoke conversions.
No reply to emails/texts and phone calls.
brake lines and bolts missing from orders.
Sourced the missing parts from elsewhere because it was easier.....
When I complained he seemed more interested in insulting me.
Buy from someone else believe me.....
