Default DIY rear sets

I've been thinking about rear sets and looking at all kinds of sites coming up with ways to make my own on the cheap or at least find easy and effective designs to base them off of and this one seems to be the cheapest professional looking way.

Here is the thread discussing how they were built along with dimensions and prices.

Here is a website where you can buy individual parts for rear sets.

Here is a site that has a large assortment of rod ends and other little parts.

HOLY SHIT!!! Just the Tarozzi pegs and mounts alone cost $310! You're in almost $400 by the time you're done, and a Woodcraft set for my CBR1KRR is only $379 COMPLETE!!!
