Frame clearance is nice and tight.
I'll add the usual hardware, and maybe some custom rubber cushions.

Have you considered how much the pipes will grow with heat? It seems this type of mount may be a problem but hopefully not.

Fantastic work as always. One other question, is that front engine mount cradle piece staying or is it just for mockup and being replaced later?

Not sure what the problem would be? Let me know. All the pipes I own have a similar type of mount.
How much are you thinking the pipes will grow?

Engine cradle needs to stay. Supports the front of the engine and engine torque bars.
The crossbar on the cradle will be cut down to size, and sliders mounted on the ends.

I won't claim to know much about smokers. Had an RZ350 but not for all that long. The tips look like stock SXV tips to me. Do you expect any performance benefit or is it just looks?

A steering damper dampens steering oscillations. If it starts to leak, it may become a steering dampener. There's no such thing as a dampner.

They're just straight tubing, so no performance advantage.

Thought it would be fun to run pipes out of the OEM tips. I don't think I could fabricate something better.

Same issue on the next bike/pipes. Trying to decide between full custom slash tips, or using another set of these tips, in a different way (on the side). I already ordered another set of these tips to chop up. Whatever looks better.

mcantar did awesome CAD and machine work on these spring hooks.

Can't thank you enough, but working on it.

Jeff, and my local machine shop, passed on trying to make these parts.

Huge thanks to Caaa95 and Zweihammer for getting my ideas into CAD.
