Ok, now that you mention sssa, a tubular one to match the frame would be cool. Wouldn't a cast one look heavy, though?

Wouldn't look heavy at all, I'd think. Most SSSA Duc's have cast arms as is and look fine.
Not gonna work with his GSXR wheels though.

Hypermotard 1100S the weight-shavening.
Bandit 1200 cafe/fighter that will never get finished at this rate.

Got some quick numbers for ya.

Offset is 30mm... didn't measure fork spacing as I'm assuming you'll be doing your own thing there, but easy enough to get if you need it.

Swingarm is a rough measurement... eccentric rear obviously, and on top of that my rearsets use an eccentric pin to for the pegs to adjust their height (the swinger pivot is directly behind them).
I measured what felt like center over the pivot to the center of the axle. Bike 1 was 530mm and is probably 80% towards the rear of the adjustment range, bike 2 was 510mm and has to be close to or at full-forward on it's eccentric. Here's some pics of the sprocket position on both in relation to the swingarm cutout...

I don't know how rigid you want to be with sticking to the OEM numbers. If you want dead-nuts accuracy the thing to do would be to remove a peg and adjust the swingarm eccentric to both extremes of it's range, measure both and find center. Not too much trouble, but I wouldn't have time til tomorrow afternoon... let me know if you need it

Also for the sprocket position, I wasn't sure what exactly you want there. I measured 130mm from the wheel mounting surface to the inboard edge of the sprocket... is that what you were going for?
