Soggy_Ramen is a NOOB
Default 93 gsx600f to a 750

I'm still sorting out this bike slowly but surely but I feel it may have a bad motor. There's a slight ticking or tapping noise I'm hearing. Either way my question is will a 750 motor from the same year bolt right in? Will I need to modify anything if it does bolt right up? I'm a noob and couldn't find a definite answer. I don't believe it's the California model either if it matters.

Like Yan says, direct swap, easy peasy, same ignition, same carbs, no worries. Only issue may be with the exhaust, and specifically sump (oil pan) clearance, but you can swap over the sump and oil pickup to resolve that issue ;-)
