Heck, I'll throw mine in this month. Bike started as a 92 gsx750f ( Katana ). Not sure I would call it one anymore though, as there isn't much Katana left.

Bandit 1200 motor
Jetted carbs with K&N's
Full Yosh exhaust
Innovative MTX wideband gauge for tuning

First Gen Busa forks, triples, and controls
TL1000s calipers
Ohlins damper
06 gsxr 600 rear end
Custom valved and sprung rear shock

CRG shorty levers
Bar ends
Koso gauge
Bi-xenon projector in custom bucket
01 gsxr600 rearsets
Frenched LED tail light

All Fab work done by me, there has been a lot, so I won't go into details there. Rear rim and swing arm were professionally powdered. Can't think of anything else, so on to the pictures

Well, I said I will enter the FOTM contest when the bike is finished, but as most of our bikes...mine is never finished

- ZX12R 05` forks
- ZX14 wheels&rotors
- ZX14 brake calipers
- ZX14 brake master
- powdercoated and anodised everything (from forks to sprockets...)
- modded subframe with all the mounts for ECU, electricity...
- modded, reinforced upper triple, so the fatbar can be fitted
- modded 1098 tail with custom "one off" undertail
- modded seat, so it fits to the new tail
- alu CNC footpegs
- alu CNC brake, clutch levers
- Shin Yo alu mirrors
- Renthal Fatbar 28mm
- alu throttle grips
- Kellermann endbar flashers at front & Kellermann Rhombus flasher at rear
- LED flasher relay
- Custom chain fender
- KOSO DB-02 speedo&tacho

can`t remember everything, but the whole bike has been ripped to pieces and almost on all of the pieces there is some custom work (at least zinc plating, anodising or powdercoat). All of the work (design, welding, painting, custom done pieces) done by me (except wheel paint, and machining which was done at local shop)

Fighter of the Month
Default Re: March 2013 Fighter of the Month Entry Thread

THE BLUE BANSHEE

The frame, motor and swing arm are all from a 2001 Honda F4i.

Motor - Fuel injected motor with stock internals. Open air box and open exhaust. Power Commander tuned for mid range power. Moto GP style shift pattern (one up and five down).

Suspension - Honda CBR954 front forks (Rebuilt) and a very low mileage stock replacement in the rear.

Brakes - 330mm twin disks from a 954 in the front with matching gold calipers front and rear. Steel braided brake lines. Stock disc in the rear. The front brake master cylinder is an adjustable unit from a Honda RC51. The rear master cylinder is stock.

Chain and sprockets - RK chain (black with gold rivets). Black sprockets front and rear. 16 tooth front and 45 tooth rear.

Handle Bars - Vortex MX bars (shortened 4 inches), with retro chubby grips.

Gas Tank - Stock F4i tank with mondified air inlets.

Intake/Exhaust - Shorted open race style exhaust. Open air box. Tuned with a power commander for this set up.

Subframe - One off custom solo seat all elctronics hidden under seat.

Electrical - Custom wiring harness. Switches relocated to the gas tank. Ignition relocated under the seat. Custom dominator hi/lo single headlight. Single L.E.D. tail/brake light. L.E.D. plate lights. Battery relocated under swing arm. Full gauge cluster with custom shorty mount.

Paint - Royal blue and black with a Repsol decal package.

Body work - minimal =) but it has a one off belly pan.

The bike has been lightened by about 30 pounds, mostly from up high on the bike and with the battery relocated it has a very low and centered weight balance. It is very nimble and you can drag elbows on this bike with little effort.
