Default seat foam

hi all newbie here, ive got a cagiva raptor which im converting into a fighter but need some advice on how to shorten the original seat & what is the best way to cut the foam which is about 2-3 inches thick .

I can make really clean cuts with a long serrated kitchen knife, that's how I cut my CB1000's seat

whenever i do seat work, it always ends up looking like a meditation pillow lol... i fucking hate seats.

what does a meditation pillow look like?

Craigus- you could also use sandpaper with an electric sander or hand. or one of those flat cheese grater type o' dealies.
