you should be able to do that...and with USD's it should make it easier for you to find gauges that will fit within that diameter.

Whats the smallest size diameter of USD's you could get from that source? Just curious, always wanted usd's for my 250 but didn't want the weight gain of having to donor them from a much larger bike.

Adam I wil e-mail you about this. I thik it mightbe a good source fo rthose with older bikes who want to change to USD forks.

Frigin cheap cost and they are stout. wil hav n problem beting the fuck ot of these things they ar goo dquality.

I saw them melting the aluminum in thier foundry right through prduction and out the door finished product. really cool people and a good shop and machining facility.

They can design and CNC triple clamps as well.

the owner is a biker so I scored ther he want to come to teh track adn go for a track rider day s Ithin wil have him in my back pocket for a source in no time.

Business is backwards her 1st you make friend ships go out to eat adn drink adnthen talk business. the states you do business 1st adnmaybe go for a drin after a long time relationship. I like this way better.

Cool forks. They look like they have a lot of travel in them. Are you sure you're not building a motard?

Yea Like I said I am sure they were originally designed for a Dirt bike. I see some plastic protectors like on a dirt bike.

As long as they work though, fuck it, why not.

For that price I just need to drop them in the cusotm triples I am having made up for them and get them the right height off the deck.

I can get stronger springs if I need them as well so. I will take what I can get. better than 300 Bucks a set for used ones!

Fuck its project Zobie! Its half dead anyway, it don't care if its half Motard ha ha

As long as it comes back to life from the dead hunk of shit it was when I got it! ha ha

I have 2 bikes in basket case condission right now waiting for the suspension to get here.

Once in hand I switch the front forks from the build off bike to the race bike. Its forks are rusted to shit.

Then I get the USD forks put on and Johns goign to make a Custom triple clamp I alrady talked to him and Cello my sole race sponsor. Cello got the small guages and John will make a set of tripple clamps in a brass knuckle design as best He can.

I'm catching wood just thinking about it!

Visualize the holes for the fingers -
The 2 outside are the forks sticking through.
The 2 in the middle have a tach and a temp guage
The curved part that fits in your palm is closest to you
teh stem coming through teh midle area that will be in relief on the top to set it of from the knuckles themselves.

Ya'l with me on this/? ha ha. Ok now lets see how they really turn out. probly a hunk of rectangle with saw marks in it from the hack saw ha ha painted black from a can of course

I think a gas tank cover mod will be neded to accomidate it.

Thank God I got an FZR and I can carve the flase tank cove thingy there. ha!

Got the engine back today and cleaner up a bit ready for high temp engine paint they use here for when they spray the engines at my factory so it should work well.

WOW that was a lot of blabbing. How backed am I??? huh ha
