Default JMC swingarm question

Hello recently bought an old oil boiler with JMC Swingarm. Need to adjust the chain but have no clue how to do it. There is threaded bar wit nut in the end. I think there something missing? Searched a fotos of these swingarms but couldnt find any. Any ideas?

Hi. Nothing missing there.Just loosen axle then turn threaded bar with nut on end to desired setting...make sure both sides are equal and wheel is not offset.Hopefully threaded rod is not seized on axle block.
