Pretty cheap hobby actually. I bought my bow used for about $90 and the shop set it up for my draw. A four pack of decent arrows was about $30. This release was $35 but I was shooting bare fingers before. Been shooting those same four arrows for years. No cleaning headaches and no noise. Peaceful and challenging.

![]() ![]() some nice brake parts, although the caliper is kinda rough. can't beat $100 for all of it though. A steering damper dampens steering oscillations. If it starts to leak, it may become a steering dampener. There's no such thing as a dampner. Bikes: naked SV1000 with all the possible bling, FE570, FS570, 450XCF SM trackbike |

Curious what's up with the solid discs? I understand stand solid discs for mud, but I reckon you are running this on your sumo?

they're iron.. usually they're solid. vs ss ones.. may not need them being a softer material?

the rusty one is iron, the clean one is stainless steel
not sure why the Beringer brakes are solid, but you see them on a LOT of seriously raced supermotos - even though they aren't cheap (the setup on my KTM is $1600+). A steering damper dampens steering oscillations. If it starts to leak, it may become a steering dampener. There's no such thing as a dampner. Went to buy new riding trousers, apparently I'm about 20cm too short for my waist size... Or any waist size for that matter as apparently XL means extra long... Didn't get new pants, bought a new crate engine instead
