Thanks for posting that good info.

I've had quite an experience with anodizing, myself.

Not having a clue, I took everything for aluminum anodizing. One off parts, aftermarket parts, OEM parts, anything. All parts were mirror polished.

Had a wide variety of results. IMO, it all comes down to how hard the aluminum is. The same alloy, from different manufactures, or even different batches from the same manufacturer can end up with differences in anodizing color. Harder/less porous = lighter color, Softer/more porous = darker color.

All cast pieces went in with a mirror polish, all came out with flat finish.

Because of time and cost, I was hoping to find another $8 usd cap with darker blue.

yeah, I bet you'd spend 10 times that having it reanodized

A steering damper dampens steering oscillations. If it starts to leak, it may become a steering dampener. There's no such thing as a dampner.

Trying to find these rear suspension bolts in titanium.

Not having any luck. Trying to avoid paying for one-offs.

Did find this, but doubt they'll have anything that will match up. Sending email.

could you run a washer to take up the fixed rotation space and run a normal bolt?

That'd be a LOT cheaper vs making them from titanium bar stock

hell, even if you have to weld the washer on, I bet the price would be significantly less vs starting with a bar big enough to include the washer. that's a lotta $$$$ chips on the floor.
