Default Fuel Tap leak at screws

Any ideas how to stop this tap leak, noticed it recently so put on new rubbers, still weeped, tried thicker washers, same result, advised to try fibre washers and wrap threads in PTFE.

Fiber washers are porous and will allow fluid to seep through. I'd be tempted to study a factory parts diagram for clues, but I think a crush washer or a rubber (viton) washer would be a better way to seal things.

The fibre washer idea was from a mechanic, the idea being they don't spread like rubber, give them a thin lick of hylomar blue then let it set, waste of time.

Never thought of a crusher, good shout
