Thanks! You know I'm really struggling to find a headlight that's gonna work with this. I don't wanna ruin the looks but I need functional lights on this bike.

I remember a fireblade with two cb250 headlights up front. Bit smaller than regular bucket lights. Old school, looked good, might remind a bit of the two big round ones on a fzr1000 ?

I like your thinking. And I was totes gonna go twin headlights of an FZR or even YZF Foxeyes but I don't know if I like twin headlights for this. And I hate dominators for some reason.

Then I found this:

And I think it looks awesome! But I've decided not to run the big stock dash anymore so maybe that headlamp would look weird on it's own...

I'm gonna run a Koso which arrived today!:

I went up in the loft yesterday and found a headlight which I think could look pretty good:

It's just balanced on there for the photo and would need to be mounted further away from the frame but what you reckon?

It's great! You know all the modifications etc. that we do on here & buying stuff we know won't fit but we make it fit, it's fun. We must all enjoy it otherwise we wouldn't be on here. But sometimes it's just nice when it does actually fit first time

I think you should do what makes you happy.

I also happen to like it.

You thinking frame mounted or fork?

This is marked up wrongly for a 600

https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?m...2F254303220126

Might be a nice nod to the original bike. But I think you're right about scale against a modern dash.
