@Yan fair play, I've no idea how hard it is or isn't. Worst I've had to register was a modded cb-1 in Gibraltar, he barely looked at it long enough to check the brakes work. The bhp and wet weight figures for the logbook were taken from Wikipedia.

Got swingarm & wheel now. FZR1000 EXUP:
![]() ![]() It looks just like the 3TJ arm but the caliper has a torque arm on this swinger whereas 3TJ has caliper bolted to a bracket. Also the pivot point is about an inch wider! So I'll hack it up and figure out how to make it work. I'll use the 3TJ shock and link for simplicity for now and maybe make up some dogbones to get the right height. Subframe has been better days. Needs to be repaired, blasted and coated really. I don't want to change it too much coz I need the pillion seat to fit & work. Will probably be cutting and welding little bits so I can have a nicer tail light. Also, the tail plastics are in 3 pieces on these but I'd like to stick them all together for a one-pieceness: ![]() Thundercat carbs: ![]() No idea on condition - the covers have been drilled off the mixture screws so they've been played with by someone. I've got no interest running the heating circuit so that will go. I've no clue what stock cat jetting is and no clue where I'll need to go with it because I don't know if I can run an airbox yet. A 3TJ airbox won't fit with the 600 lump. But I do have the cat airbox. Anyone know if this spigot is for the gearbox breather?: ![]() Also, what is this inside the front sprocket cover? The rubber bit that I've taken the metal plate off. Got the R6 5EB front end. 11 disc bolts came out, one rounded out so welded a nut on it:
![]() ![]() ![]() The forks look usable but looks like someone has been having trouble with the clickers: ![]() Yeah they're stuck. I've run out of Rost Off Ice too. They might have to stay like that for now. Risers came in: ![]() I tapped the threads a bit deeper and replaced the suspect looking bolts that came with them. Just need to have some spacers made up so I can bolt them together.
