I don't know, but there needs to be some way for it to ground and I don't see any other options.

the RRs I remember using have all been 5 wire (3 phase in, + out, ground)

A steering damper dampens steering oscillations. If it starts to leak, it may become a steering dampener. There's no such thing as a dampner.

still undecided on the shock/seat setup.

I do know that I don't like all the frameage in the back.
need longer shocks and weld top bolt at lower angle or mono/Siamese.

will weld a brace and go from there.
about to buy a ninja 250 swingarm setup(it fits old KZ bike easy)
if I remember right its a tad longer. disc brake wider tire. and mono shock mounts.

I like wire wheels but these are junk. tire is too skinny.
anyways........................................... ...
pods for air/fuel mixy thingies

tank is coming along nicely........

mono shocketa brace?

crude temporary fender (swingarm is temporary)

what is contact patch for 200 alex

I keep snipping away at the seat hoping magically it will just be perfect one night.

I have this café racer rear subframe with taillight thing. waiting on swing arm setup to get decided on so I can start chopping rear.

#1) It will make a difference. You can test easy enough once it’s all together. Get ot wrong and cylinder 1&4 will fire when 2&3 should (180° off). Easy enough to swap the wires though.

#2) The blue wire goes to the oil pressure sending unit. From what I remember it is normally closed and opens under pressure.

#3) I don’t know what you’re using the toggle for? Main shut-off switch? Any diagram come with it?

Later, Doug

cool. easy enough.

do I need that blue wire? its just a sensor? I have no gauges.

no dagram for it. it is the "on-kill" switch. its not momentary.
