01 CBR 600 Swing Arm

Hello all,

Not sure if this is the correct section but I'm in the process of making a custom bike from an old cb750 frame with a 01 600 swing arm. I've reinforced and resized the frame to fit the swing arm and am ready to drill and tap for the adjuster bolt and nuts.

Part no. 55108-MBW-000 and 55109-MBW-000.

What size are those things, either 30mm or 28mm? I know they are a 1.5mm pitch. Mostly curious so I don't have to buy 3 different expensive taps.

Thanks for your help!

Do you have pics of the frame and arm? I’m still trying to figure out what you’re trying to accomplish.

In any case, if you are wanting to thread said parts into the frame, why not just buy the parts and measure them and use them in the frame?

Maybe I’m missing something?!

Later, Doug
