I'm searching for another one, I miss that big twin sound.

Yeah, you can't rush that stuff either, it's kind of critical to getting on the road.
Gotta love that sound! If I could find one I’d pick one up too!

ya exactly, first time doing wiring so I’m second guessing everything lol

You relldid pull that whole thing apart! Do you have a wiring issues at all?
My main concern is getting the starter & ignition done right
Once I figured out that it was the Orange power wire powering the ignition circuit and not the O/W I was golden.. Follow the highlighted line on the below wiring diagram and you are good.. I eliminated the side stand switch, the neutral indicator switch, the diod and now just go from ignition to starter to coil 2,3 to fuel pump and ends at coil 1,4.

Tire Wheel Vehicle Fuel tank Automotive lighting

Coming into the home stretch on this one!

Got the wiring 90% done, starter, ignition, head lights & front turn signals.

Waiting to get the seat pan welded up to mount my rear strip LEDs, gotta figure out a right side peg/brake lever mount as it’s not the same position as the left…. 🧐

1-2 weeks and I’m back on 2 wheels before summers over 🙏🏾

✅ Exhaust Bolted Up

Was supposed to get a test start, but left my bike on all day like an idiot 🤦‍♂️

“Final” things to do, get seat mount done, wire up rfid keyless ignition, get the fuel lines hooked up and pray it turns over 🙏🏾

Man oh man this bike is wicked! Finally got to take a quick test ride and it’s a completely different bike 🏍

The weight loss + K5 Gsxr front end has it feeling so light and nimble, now to clean stuff up, get the keyless ignition and tail lights wired up and triple check brakes and important bolts

Felt good to be back on 2 wheels
