Anyone notice both of those are W/C frames but the second actually has a O/C engine in it?

Theyre nt watercooled. The 1992 750 was the last year of the oil cooled 750. The 600 that year was watercooled. The 750 wasnt watercooled until 1993.

I know all that but look at the frames, subframes and swingarms. Those are all W/C pieces.

Plus the giant radiator (not oil cooler) makes the first one a '93.

Probably late '92 build dates making them both '93 models.

The 750 was a year ahead of the 1100. 92 was the last year of the oil cooled 1100 but it was the first year of the wc 750.

750 slingshot = 88-91
1100 slingshot = 89-92

those are the water cooled 1992-1993 gsxr 750 with banana swingarm. And in 94 the 750 got the braced swingarm and the "facelift". A year before the 1100 got those in '95

Oh yea i guess that one does have an oil boiler in it... well it didn't start life that way.

The 92 Gsxr 750 was a weird year.Cant remember which way it went but I think the states kept it oil cooled in 92 and Canadian versions went water or it's the other way around.

It seems there was oilers earlier that year and later that year there were wcs. All of them technically 92 models.
There was a half year change.
Most of the 92 750s i see are water. Hence my confusion.
