That's pretty nice - I think I'm leaning towards a Gixxer for my next project. If you tilted the tail up about 4 inches it would line up with the tank at the filler cap. Other than that, I like it a lot.....

yeah, I thought so too, but that would have required some welding, which I did not have any money for at the time, and I liked the way it lined up seat unit to subframe. but if I had to do it over, I would raise the tail.

i feel your pain, money and finding a welder in my area is what is holding me back from changing around my tail. Mainly the money!!!

This was my 1st fighter, I nolonger have this bike seeing that I parted it out to buy a 93 gixxer 1100, which then got stolen, then went to a zx10, sold that, and then bought the 929 I currently have now. I still have the seat unit if anyone is interested!!
