The parts don't seem worth while performance wise to hold onto and the lack of title makes it sketchy to try and get one.

I would pass on it.

Lost titles can be a big issue. Sometimes the last owner will work with you to request a duplicate that they can sign over to you, but sometimes the bike has been passed around several times "off the books" and who knows who the last owner on file was. If that's the case, getting a bike re-titled is a pain in the ass and can take months.

For $200 you can easily make that back in parts. If you know the VIN is clean (not just joe schmoe swearing it's not stolen), it might be worth it to try and title it, but in the end that's a $1500 bike, so keep your expectations reasonable.

for 200 bucks if it runs and drives good id go for it, good platform to build on, steel frames nice and easy to modify
