I'm looking at a late model, bandit 1250 but I need info about fork swaps and rear suspension swaps. What's the simplest front end swap? ('Busa??) And is there a straight fit rear shock upgrade? Any info or links are much appreciated!!!

If that's too much effort ill just grab the b-king that's at the same shop for similar money and smash out some serious tail mods and ditch the tank plastic garbage

It does make more sense but its hardly a "custom" project. On the flip side- there are so few decent modded B-kings that there is potential to do some awesome work.

I'm now looking at 'busa's to fighter coz those side pods are fucked up. No matter what I buy- I'm gonna want to build so many different platforms FUCK!!

If you want to do a lot of custom work yourself then I'd stay away from the bking. Unless you were going to go nuts on it and change everything anyways.

That's the big issue, do I buy a mild daily ride or a hardcore custom. When I answer that question, ill know where to throw my $$$
