I'm looking at a late model, bandit 1250 but I need info about fork swaps and rear suspension swaps. What's the simplest front end swap? ('Busa??) And is there a straight fit rear shock upgrade? Any info or links are much appreciated!!!

If that's too much effort ill just grab the b-king that's at the same shop for similar money and smash out some serious tail mods and ditch the tank plastic garbage

This is how Suzuki should have designed the Bandit 1250. A modified one I found over at another site.

2012 GSR750 (Euro) headlight, faring and mounting bracket
2007 GSXR 1000 front end (USD forks, radial brakes and master cylinder, fender)
LSL black anodized Superbike upper triple tree and bars
Rizoma steering stem head nut
Rizoma handlebar handgrips
Woodcraft reservoir mounting bracket
PSR bar end mirrors
PSR black anodized adjustable shorty levers
Black powder coated lower triple tree, foot pegs and heel guard brackets
Suzuki Factory rear seat race cowl (discontinued)
Suzuki Factory frame head covers
Suzuki Factory tank bra
2006 Hayabusa rear shock
HS lowering struts
Integrated tail light / turn signals
HS Stage 2 Tune Up (TFI box, K&N filter, airbox mod, PAIR system removed, secondary butterflies removed)
Black stainless steel braided brake and clutch lines
HS/MM Grab Rail Removal Kit
Powerbronze carbon fiber chain guard
17-tooth front sprocket
Custom cut shorty exhaust with baffle
Black ceramic coated headers
EVAP canister removed
Center stand removed
Necessary customizations (Bandit steering stem pressed into GSXR lower triple, reducer bearing machined for upper triple, front wheel spacer trimmed to size, rear bracket for instrument panel bracket for attaching fairing and headlight to ignition lock)
