An extension would not be fair to those who finished ESPECIALLY when some builders put their builds on hold when they realized they wouldn't finish by the deadline while others kept chugging along. I can pretty much guarantee that we're NOT doing that. As for the prizes, that should be of little importance in my opinion. If the only reason why you entered your bike in the buildoff was to win some free shit than I think you entered for the wrong reason.

Right now what IS important is figuring out for sure who finished, getting their builds put in a poll for all the members to cast their votes and finding out our 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners based on said poll. I spoke with Helena and She did say there would be prizes but that is the extent of my knowledge in the matter.

Sorry- went though a few pages, and then it became hostile, so I thought I would jump to the end when it became civilized again- chance I took and missed I guess.

I don't have a "winter" here per se' , and I want to enter the next buildoff if can, but waiting for parts, but it all should be here by August-September.

I am not at liberty to say what we'll be giving out this year for the buildoff we just had, but trust me when I say it's a lot more than what you got last year my friend, and for that Im sorry. I really had no right to complain because I ended up with a lot of donated money from my accident. As for you, I totally understand but we just got the shit end of the stick that year. This is why I'm working so hard to make it right for the guys that finished this year. A problem ignored is a problem repeated.

This is what I'm doing. I'm hoarding parts practicing welding making friends with the guys at a local machine shop to get the hook up on goodies I can't produce and designing something I think can and will compete with the big dogs..:robssmilie:
