630 chain...like a baller

Unlike all you "normal" folks, my bike has 630 chain. Anybody out there have experience with 630? I'm trying to find a good chain/sprocket set or a conversion kit to swap out to a more common size.

Thanks for the links man. i've been doing some searching, and PM'd shift. looks like I'm going to go with the 530 conversion. The guys at 750turbo were helpful as crap also. With the yzf rear, that gives me a 5.5 in rim and the tire is a 180 - far wider than stock. This means I need to find a front sprocket that's offset. I'm thinking:

18t offset front sprocket...maybe 3/8 offset
46 or 55t yzf rear sprocket
both sprockets for a 530 chain. So far it isn't looking like I'm getting out of this under $250

Uhh...I don't mean to butt in or thread jack but can I just swap chain and sprockets on my 750 to the 530 or 630? Will they fit?

That's a fuckin badass bike and I'm excited for you to hear that a 180 is going on the bike. That's gonna make that bike a lot more manageable around corners. Post some pics when you're done! You got a build thread started here yet?

I had no idea that size even existed on normal street bikes. Seems enormous for what it is doing. Mine stock was 525 and I switched her to 520, just switched sprockets and done. A drag shop told me that the way they are making 520 chains now that it can more than handle the 160-170 horse power range that I exist in. My rear tire is a 190 and i dropped a tooth on the rear from 41 to 40. I almost have wheelie control. So decide what you want your gear ratio to be before the conversion, if you want to switch, that is the time to do it. While you have all the parts off, it's a good time to service the bearing and switch your carrier to something sexy. :)
dunno if it'l help but when i put zrx11 running gear onto my z1100r i used a zzr1100 (c model i think) front sprocket,
it fitted straight on and lined up just about perfect

Thanks, I'll have to get some ass shots of her. The 180 is already on, but the chain is rubbing - which is why I'm looking for something offset. I finally found a company in Florida that can custom make what I need for around $100. Think I'm going 19 tooth up front though
