Does anyone know a thread where someone tried to do this? I know a lot of people stick to the Comstar no maintenance rims but I love the look of the 84 interstate non spoked aluminum. Will they fit? Would I need to try to swap and fabricate the swingarm for them to fit? any info is helpful guys Thanks!

I'd start with measuring, or getting the specs for the swing arms from both bikes. What's the measurement of the swing-arm where it connects to the bike. If it's the same, then a swap may be your easiest bet. If not, then I'd say use your existing swing arm, you may have to fabricate an adapter for the brakes, but take a look at both braking systems as well. Figure out what you're dealing with first. Swing arm swaps happen all the time. Even if they aren't the exact same measurement, it can be done. HAS been done. Spacers can be made to fit and take up differences if needed.
