96 FZR600 (US market) uses the same forks and spacing as the 91-97 XJ600 Seca II (US market) and as such, the triples are a direct swap between clip ons and handlebar risers built in. Only difference is the bolt size going through the ignition switch housing into the top triple. You can use the other bolts, the other ignition switch or move yours off of the triple and somewhere else on the frame.
