how bright is the acerbis diamond headlight? which lights out of the 3 are on with hi/lo beam? what is the brightest acerbis light, i really only like the symmetrical ones, thanks!:cfcartman:

i can tell you with the OEM bulbs, the Diamond's output is barely enough to get by on the street at night.

with better bulbs, it might be a different story.

(but i am planning a one-off headlight unit...if youd be interested in a red/chrome one, it will be for sale probably in the near future)

my cyclops lights up the road better than the diamond i think. it has a projector beam on there that works really well.

not to say its the best. dont think id be doing many highspeed runs with it at night...but its sufficient for fightering around town.

eh, i need something preferrably as bright as i can get, what do you all suggest? i like the single round 7" look, makes the front look bigger, kind of balances it, but i do have little 36mm forks and so the acerbis mounting system is probably better

The mounts you'd need to mount it are called Tommaselli mounts. They are sold to fit 35/36 fork legs (among others).

I'm gonna fill you in on a great place to get parts...they have some cool shit, for older bikes, but it works/looks great on 'fighters.
