Adjusting carbs for added ram air

After building up my fighter, riding I started to notice its running rough now. so really the only thing that has changed as far as the mechanics of the bike goes is the intake flow.
the ram air affect is much more direct now. as im riding and its sputtering and kinda cutting out I can cover one of the ram air openings and instant smoothness. its obvious that its getting too much air. my question is how should I adjust the carbs to compensate.
