not really a 'fighter... but i'm broke, so it's what i got, lol.

picked this up today for next to nothing. already swapped the bars for some low bars, and took aff all the un-needed junk (signals, rear grab bar, etc) the only condition in me getting it was that i'm NOT allowed to hack into lil pieces.....dangit. oh well.

it'll actually clean up pretty nice. been sitting for a loooong time. it does run, sorta, but nothing a good carb clean and a new set of plugs won't fix.

not gonna do anything major to this one (i've said that before though) just gonna clean it up real nice and build a mild cafe style bike out of it. something with suspension to ride on longer road trips, that sort of thing.

here's where it stands at the moment (have no idea why, but someone put short shocks on the back, so the ride hieght is all goofy)

1972 honda cb350 4 cylinder

yes, in the bedroom.... i need a garage!!

wish i would have known that a month ago kokomo, i sold a t100 basketcase for almost nothing just to get it out of my yard. i'd have just gave it to you.

i'd love to have an old triumph again someday, but not as a daily driver. the lil honda is just bulletproof, triumphs.... well, they always need "tweaking", but i'm sure you know that.

i'm not usually a h*arley fan, but that black sporty in the second pic is NIIICE.

the 750 in the last pic is sweet too. i always did like cafe bikes too. last one i did had a modern twist with the suspension, this one is going to be more traditional (which = cheaper, lol)

My suggestion: Drop the headlight about 4" in line with the tank.

already been done

need to find some stock length shocks for the rear. it looks all kinds of off with the rear end sitting so low.

I too found some nice candidates for cafe race conversion. A bit rough but they was free. Its a 305 Superhawk CB77. 1966-69

and a chopper version with just a frame and wheels

I now have lots to do this winter
