I'm wondering if it's possible to take the visor portion off, but still have the vents in the helmet and the clear face shield.

If anyone would like to do it and post pics, that'd be AWESOME!!

i left my variant 100miles away. but i did find an image on google. also there was someone on here who had their visor removed.

I'd done a google search for images and didn't see that one. I wonder if he took off the visor, or if it was damaged / ripped off.

Also, it looks like there's still mounting tabs on the helmet, I wonder if they come off or are molded into the shell.

I had one and when you take the visor off it looks super ghey. The bottom of it sticks out way farther than the top ... it just looks wierd. And the mounting tabs are molded on.

ie my shoei is a med and my icon is a large
