Need more pics but I'd say they're completely custom with Harley motors. Not exactly a production bike.

Custom like Whip said. The tails on the first and last look the same. The tanks on the first two look the same. Probably some custom bike makers show bikes.

They're V-Rods. Looks like Sculpture Cycles' "Punisher" airbox covers (the airbox is where the tank is on most bikes) on the two on the left.
