I found your website few weeks ago. And I join us.

My project began in March 2013... nearly, one year ago :)

I bought my bandit 1200 near Cognac (France). It looked like that :

I bought a fork (GSXR 1000 K5), a frame (monstro 95'5),Koso DB02 and some peaces...

Nico from N'genering (race part builder) made the design of swingarm :

steel's building (for 2 month) :

I choose to paint my frame in yellow in order to put forward nico's work :

The exhaust was leved up and I build a db killer :

I'm working on the cockpit :

I'm finishing electrical system, fairing... and prepare my 2nd motor (GXSR 1100 + bandit 1200 parts)... I'm must finish my oil system (curve radiator from 1100 GSXR) and you can see temeprapture captor on oil 's cooling :

overall view :

Sorry for my english, I must improve it...

Wow! That is looking great!

And don't worry about your english, it's better than a lot of people I know from the U.S...

Never mind the English, I never know what the hell they are going on about... :)

Bike looks awesome. Can you give us a little more information on how you mounted your head light. I like the way you built it
No probleme.

A bought :

MT03 head light

table leg (diam out 60mn/2.36inch)

and tube (diam out 16mn/0.63) + peaces of steel.

The fork oof GSXR 1000K5 have 3 Diam : Top 56mn/2.20inch, middle 58mn/2.28inch and bottom 61 mn/2.40inch

I build Two parts :

The first part is between the two parts of the fork crow (don't moove)
The second part, is block by the bottom of the forck (tube 60mn/2.36inch on bottom fork 61mn/2.40inch)

So you're going to stuff the B12 motor into the modded monster frame?

Currently in Elementary OS 0.2 ( linux: http://elementaryos.org/ ), I experimented freecad (fake solidworks ) to develop my parts machining :

as soon as I finished my drawing, I start machining

list machining :

2 stops column
2 protects fork GSXR 1000 K7
2 diabolos
2 Bits handlebar
1 Support steering damper
1 rear wheel axis (thread and shorten the original piece )
2 top block for bandit 1200
2 machining for insertion of temperature probe ( http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=450271P1060555.jpg )

Thats more than pretty awesome that ducking badass. The frame just looks crazy good and stuffing a aprillia mille into it is just tucking insane. You better stick around so we can see the finished beast.
