The bike DOES look badass, the most badass thing about it is that it's obviously ridden and not built for show!

I've seen the studded bike tires before in the Brit mags, I'd really, really hate to have a getoff and get caught under them

Personally, I like to keep my bike stored my igloo over in the winter. Occasionally, I bust it out and have my sled dogs pull me around on it.

I rode last winter and ended up wrecking my z1000 because of ice. It sucked. Maybe if I had some studded tires like those then I would be set though.

Personally, I think anyone who rides a streetbike in a for-realz Canadian winter needs to be locked up for their own protection. But if he can pull it off without dying, or without being so cold and miserable he just wishes he was dead, then I say rock on, you crazy sonofabitch.

I don't ride in winter but when it's getting close to freeze-up (or even early mornings in a summerless year like this one was) I'd like to have some wind protection for my hands. But I can't come up with a design for a windshield plus handguards that doesn't end up looking like a Harley batwing fairing . . . I hate to say it, but that Acerbis setup is a massively less gay looking option. Acerbis. Less. Gay.

Bring on the apocalypse.
