Hi i have a 2000 cb250 and i want to make an alloy to spoked wheels conversion but i have some doubts.

I am kinda new in this and i don't have much knowledge. I don't know if there are a lot of diference in hub mesure between other bikes like a cb450 or a cmx 250.

And i don't know what would be better, to buy other bike's wheel or to get a custom spoked wheel

Do you have any suggestion?

if you're not sure what to do i'd probably start by picking up spoked wheels from an existing bike . Supermoto bikes for example, one thing you might need to consider is brake calipers, spokes take up more space inside the disc

this is a good video showing a spoked wheel being produced

think I got the wrong end of the stick, i thought you wanted to convert your cast rims to spoked
I read it the same way. The CB250 Nighthawk got spoked rims. 18" front and 16" rear, but has a drum front brake instead of disc.

OP didn't specify what size rims, so this is the lowest effort way. If he's looking for 17"s then I'd be looking for supermoto wheels as you suggested, or I would buy a rear hub from the CB250 Nighthawk and lace a 17" to it and maybe something off of a Honda Shadow for a front hub?

If you complete a fresher and don’t exactly know what to do and never do this before then I suggest you not do the experiment by reading an article you just need to find out the best video that taught you well.

Yeah that is what i wanted, my bike in spain had alloy wheels but i want to convert them to apoked.

Than you, i'll try to buy the wheels to a bike that had spoked wheels.
If you can find something from the same OEM about the same period its often easier to marry it together (designers often reuse component designs over and over across the model range), get some wheels bought, drop them in, and then figure out what spacers are needed to get them central and clamped up
