I know those words generally aren't used together but I have an idea so humor me if you will. Anyone ever ride a dirt bike, enduro, dual sport, supermoto or whatever else you want to call them and think the seat wasn't as rock hard as you were expecting? I don't want a big cushy seat like the xl650. I'd prefer to keep it slim looking like my drz seat but more forgiving than my drz seat. However it doesn't have to fit a drz. That was just an example.

Maybe you can buy or make a seat topper.

Get a new cover, chop your seat and add some comfy foam.

Or get a dirt seat from the '80s. After that, they started getting hard, so it's easier to move around on.

Most comfortable (street) seat for me was '87 non-usa RZ350. Like ass heaven.

Harley seats have some of the best foam I've ever had under me, when my DRZ seat was re-done I had a bit of the seating area redone with H-D sportster foam and it made long rides far better.

Since I can't sell my Duke I'm thinking about cutting it up. Not sure what exactly I want to do other than lose weight and add power. Having a more comfy seat would be a bonus.
