I also continued a little with the bracket for the tachometer / headlight.

That is roughly how it should sit.

Before that I had exchanged the lens headlights:

The new ones are LED and a little bit smaller.

I had made the new bracket out of sheet metal a long time ago.

due to the upstream connection, there was again little space available.

Somehow I got everything into the small open case / bracket.

You can leave it that way. Fits !!!!

As already mentioned, this version had been made a time ago.

The LEDs are smaller. I don't like the black border around the headlights !!!!!!!!

I searched the internet for a couple of angel eyes that might cover the black border. Find what you are looking for !!!!!!!!

Will be glued in soon !!

The angel eyes have to be set a little deeper. The 3 retaining lugs have to go. But on the whole, it doesn't look bad.

I now have 4 !!!! Weeks spent finally getting the engine to run properly. The guys from Ignitech from the Czech Republic helped me very well to set the ignition (Ignitech TCIP 4 full version) correctly.
The motorcycle starts very well and has a smooth engine run. The carburetor is not even adjusted. This should be set once on the engine test bench.
I already had the sleeves for the lambda sensors welded into the manifold for this purpose.

The weld seams from my welder are worth seeing !!!!

I had the lambda connection from the display welded into the intermediate pipe.

I also got the encoder and its holder finished. Otherwise not much has happened because I am messing around with the cockpit.
