I want to make my own custom brake fluid reservoir but I am struggling to find any ideas for the diaphragm. What do folks who make their own custom brake fluid reservoirs use?
Do they use stock OEM diaphragms from other motorcycle reservoirs or is there a place you can choose a diaphragm from a stock selection?

As I understand it the diaphragm is there to let the fluid move in and out of the mastercyclinder yet keeps the fluid in a sealed enviroment as brake fluid absorbs moisture from the air and then degrades. So i want to know what other people do to tackle this problem.

hmmm foam sounds intresting....

yantosh, do you seal them completly or do you have a breather hole so the fluid can move in the system?

If you have just a breather hole do you change your fluid quite regularly?
