i prefer fat bars with no brace, back in the 90's we didn't have fat bars and it was Renthals with a cross brace , buuut..... I must admit , yours do look cool

Not a great fan of brace on bars but some bikes do suit a brace on the bars.
Yours is one of the bikes that suit the brace.
