Easier than you think. Apparently the FIM Ultimap chip I had in there had a daughter board attached to it. All the Ducatis I have had used the aftermarket Ultimap chip set. Problem was I didn't know the daughter board needed to come out with the Ultimap chip. The stock chip refused to run when attached to the daughter board. It ran perfectly after I took the daughter board out.

If anyone stumbles across this thread in the future and needs a chip burned, I am happy to help.
