I am going to be customizing a 2001 ducati monster 620 with 2002 Kawasaki ZRX 1200r I need suggestions on what to do and what not to do And what problems I may face on the way

I have no idea what you want…. what are you trying to accomplish? Are you swappjng wheels, full suspension, engines????
