I wouldn't touch it. They tend to be poorly made so the bore isn't smooth and rips seals, and/or the seals are made substandard and the rubber goes hard. Either way you get a leak and no brake pressure.
Also the note about 125cc > 400cc suggests it's probably 11mm or at best 1/2" - enough to power a small single caliper or two small / one larger caliper. It won't power a dual brake setup as found on most modern machines.
