i normally dont watch much racing on tv, but watching the ebr guys race is really exciting for me for some reason. I guess because i know they are at a big disadvantage in a straight line against an I4 literbike.... somehow the stay competetive and its an all out war when they make it to the twisties.

EBR will not be succesful with that $19k pricetag. They need a $12-13k bike to sell to the masses. not many are going to shell out $19k for a bike/brand that hardly anyone recognizes and that doesn't have any track record on reliability and service.
I like EBR but I just don't see them being succesful with such a high pricetag. Hopefully I will be proven wrong

that is like saying lambo's and ferraris wont sell because of the high cost. The initial EBR bikes were for people with lots of money to throw around whcih is why they were made in limited numbers, the people that want to know what buell/ebr is all about either know already or wont have trouble finding out. I am sure when they start a full production run they will have bikes at a lower price point.
