Hey endo, Did you go up teeth on the rear sprocket ???

Did you use a master link on the new chain or did you press it ???

I haven't removed a swing arm myself on a sport bike soooo, Nice updates :cfrocks:

Rear sprocket, if memory serves, is +13, but it may be less...I was gonna go MASSIVE but I changed my mind, it's still plenty big.

This chain has a clip master link.

So, ummm, yeah.

Today, I had a lot of extra time in class so I decided to write down my "to do" list to have the bike done by May...man, it's gonna be a busy 2 months when I get home. On top of all the personal stuff I'll have going on, as well as the pending race team, man oh man. I know I'm freaking myself out, but I want this done right, not rushed.

I'll be posting the "to do" list on the blog tonight

PS-- Sev did an update today

I'm not sure yet...it'll be a gametime decision. I wanna get some use outta this bike, I've been trying to finish it for a long time but never had the time/money. Now I've got time, and no money...so I have to wait until I have money and no time, and blast it out by the end of the buildoff. This buildoff has really lit a fire under my ass to get this done. I have a solid date to finish by now.

And thanks Haelo. The headlight was free, donated from a friend who had it on his FZ1 fighter. He went to a round 7" light and gave me this one to help the build along. The tail section was a score and a half. Found a guy who crashed his 99 R6 race bike and bought the subframe/seats/tail plastic/undertail for $70. Bought the taillight off eBay for $10.

Alrighty, Sev made another update yesterday. Not much going on, it was the crunch to get the bike home from school in one piece! I'm hoping today to wire up the acewell gauges and figure out a nice place to mount them...

Discuss guys, I want/need input on this...not much going on in this discussion!

That bike seems to have come a LONG way from its starting point. So far I think the tail is awesome! Really cool idea with the sprocket gussets. Any ideas on paint yet? I always found it hard for myself to picture a finished product without knowing what color it is gonna be. I think colors really help tie in many of the features on a bike. Great build off blog by the way!

Paint has been selected but it may change slightly, so I'm keeping that part quiet...it'll be basic and subtle, but it'll suit the bike to a "T" and look wicked...:D
