There was a lot of work done, not all cosmetic as well. The bike was completely stripped, all bearings and seals replaced, wiring redone (including stator outputs), and a lot of other "get it running" type stuff. When I bought the bike it didn't run proper (was dropping a cylinder), and the chain was misaligned by an inch. Now she's all straight, running great, all tuned up and ready to go. I'd estimate I have well over 250 hours into the bike and probably 90% of that was maintenance and rebuilding. The other 10% being cosmetic.

Bike Purchase - $900 (have bill of sale to prove it)
2002 GSXR1000 6 piston calipers - $50
1992 CBR900RR Front Fender - Free
Acerbis Flyscreen - Free

Used Sprockets used for frame/subframe gussets - free
Chopped Bandit Exhaust Canister - free
Vortex Sprockets/RK Chain Set (stock/+5) - $180

MY APOLOGIES!!! ----I forgot to add the costs for the fork seals, steering stem bearings, swingarm bearings, seals, spacers, sleeves, etc. All totalled about $125 CDN

Leaving the total cost to build - $2125 Canadian or about $1900 USD.

Handcut "endo" decals on gas tank

All Mechanical Work Done by Owner
- Steering Stem Bearings
- Fork Seals
- Wheel Bearings and Seals (front and rear)
- Carbs cleaned. rebuilt, and sync'd
- Valve adjustment and timing adjustment (don't get me started)
- Swingarm Bearings and Seals
- Stator Output Wiring
- All other wiring and electrical

hey you should mention My contribution in getting this bike finished ;)
me and endo worked like unpaid imported **************, (thatwasntparticularlypoliticalycorrect) to get this finished, Sev, there was some doubt in the last few weeks wether we would actualy finish, because josh( endo ) had a strong focus on what he wanted to end up with, which is awesome, because sometimes, thats where things can go wrong, paint choice and decisions about paint colour and method of painting came in to play, John Dear green was puchased at one point.

Anyhow he definately has something to be proud of, and even though I helped him out a little here and there, he really did work hard on getting this machine finished with a limited amount of time and a limited amount of money he had available, and once again I say, the bike isnt recognisable to its standard form, and looks sweet.
