Finally started tearing my bike down and gettin her nude!
Got the fairings off but still have a long list of stuff needing to be adressed:

To Do:
Headlight/ brakelight/ Indicators
Relocate Odometer
Shorten Intake Tubes
Add/relocate overflow bottle
Cut front fender
Continue Getting frame back to metal
Reupholster seat ( Possible chop???)

Have been getting stuff done! Haven't posted in awhile but will have pics on tomorrow sometime so I can get some feedback. Chopped the tail, installing new smaller battery, started some paint, new tail light, new headlight and fairings... keep you guys posted!

Its has an r6 undertail. Sequential turns and stop alert 3 flash. Its really bright for LEDs and I'm a big fan of it actually!

So been over a year without an update. Just pulled the bike inside today to tear down and clean up this winter.

Some plans include:
Dirty bars
Possible R6 Tail
Paint or Powdercoat frame, wheels, misc. parts
Paint motor
Strip and paint headers
ZX6E Radiator
Clean up and shorten wiring harness
Arduino Dash set up
Enduro Front Fender

Everything looks hazy from the lighting... but really, I need to clean my bike better...

Motor out to be prepped for paint, frame and swinger will be getting sprayed too

I realize there are a lot of pictures of things you guys do daily but figured I'd document as best I could. Hopefully triples will be getting drilled, painted, and dirty bars installed. Looking to machine some fork caps to fill up the gap once the stock bars are removed.

Been awhile without any updates...

Got everything painted, ended up using VHT Roll Bar paint, came out a real nice satin black finish.

Drilled top triple for risers.

Finished rear shock swap with a ZX6R shock.



Really excited to see the transformation. Contemplating ideas of what to do with the tail... anybody got any ideas?

Just snagged a complete ZX7 USD front end for 250 shipped so should hopefully have that on in the next few weeks. Planning to press my current stem out of the stock triple and into the ZX7 triple to make the swap easier then replace the stem bearings and throw it together. Pics to follow!

02 ZX600 Rear Shock (rear lowered ~1.5 inches)

Header and exhaust paint

Wheel paint
