in all honesty, if you can sell it, go for it. things just keep blowing up in my face lately and if i bought this off you right now i'd be hurting for cash for a while. with as many projects as i have going on right now i don't know if i'd be comfortable putting myself in that situation to get ahold of another project.

as much as it's a SCREAMING deal, i'm just kind of strapped for cash right now (what else is new). if, in a couple weeks when i have the cash, it's not sold, i'd still like to grab it from you, but don't pass up other offers in the mean time.
